Frames targeting site with frames

I’m trying to set up my framed site to target a site that also uses frames.

here is what happens when I do so:

the site I want to frame is

http://www.brendanvacations.com/ireland.asp?id=3

Does anyone know how to do this?

OR

Does anyone have a coding language example that can create my header across a page that I link out too?
