Framesets

I would like to do an onRelease getUrl that loads a frame (that is… an .htm frame as part of a frameset). The url has a movie in it. I want the button from above to also ask the movie that opens in this window to go to a particular place in the timeline (confusion with the two meanings of frame here). I want it to go to and play a particular frame in the timeline of the movie that’s in the called url. Can this be done? Can anyone help me with the syntax? thanks
