Part of my design grad project includes a forum system I hope to set up – it won’t be posted or anything, I just want a working mockup.
Would VBulliten let me use their product for free under these circumstances? I tried emailing both their contacts but got bouncebacks.
Perhaps another system? Preferrably something free, and without ads.
