Frozen Symbols?

I’ve been working on a school project for the past 20 days. I just hit the 16,000th frame, and just finished a part where I placed a frame with Monty Python intermission music, a black background, and the word Intermission. That stayed for 20 seconds. Well I tried to continue on, and I make keyframes and start drawing-when I notice the frame doesn’t get “Filled”. When I try to put a symbol it, it locks to the top left of the frame, and I can’t move it. If ANYONE can solve this that would be so great- this is due friday!
