Fscommand open problem

I am trying to open a file on the hard disk with the fscommand(“openwindow”, “folder\file”) command. the command works fine in all cases except when there is a “#” in the file path.

eg: “C:\Folde#r\Text1.htm”

Is this is a AS bug?:-/

Please help.
