so i have an idea where i have a few short video clips that are <5-10 seconds long. I’d like to use them as a background on a site but would like to access them randomly and then possibly have them randomly change every couple of minutes.
a few questions(some just in general)…
when is it necessary for Flash media server?
where should i start?
Is there a way i can detect their connection and show the videos at a quality their connection can handle?
its just an idea at this point so i guess im just trying to gather my thoughts and see if i’m even able to do what i want…
