We are Emak Mafu, and we are currently looking for a full-time Flash Developer, with at least one year’s experience, to join our friendly young team in Shoreditch.
The ideal candidate will:
• have experience of building full screen Flash sites
• have at least a years worth of experience using AS3
• demonstrate experience of using / implementing frameworks to side-step re-inventing the wheel

[*]display a firm knowledge of design patterns, or robust reusable code structures

[*]have a background in Java or computer science

[*]have the experience to know to plan first, and not code strait away
[/LIST]
Knowledge of UML and specification/documentation would be a bonus, but not essential.
Candidates invited to interview will be asked to provide examples of their best code.
Salary - based on experience.
