Hover over the menu at www.flashlevel.com, and you will see an awesome gas effect. Can someone show me how to create this? 
come on I just need to know if its AS or just an animation… then i’ll figure it out 
from my guess its raster using 5-10 png images, because those maintain a alpha channel in flash
