if you are doing a full flash website. What is the recommeded size for your background?, so that it fits all screens without scrolling. ie. 550 x 400 pixels.

this has been asked TONS of times, but 750x550 MAX is my recommendation if you care about 800x600 people.
from what i have seen 800 x 600 causes alot of scrolling.
i think 600 x 400 covers all screens.
any other suggestions?
I mostly use 700x500
