guys and gals please help me out here… My brain is fried from fighting with this file for the 4 days…
heres what i am trying to do:
the header is all flash and has an external file from which you can change the links etc. my problem is that i want to use the flash header to load pages into an iframe.

external text file which looks like this:

so how to i get it to load the file requested file in an iframe. everything that i have tried allows me to open it up in another window.
And then to make matters worse the little bit of Actionscript i know takes me to some weird windows.com page telling me i cannot move the My Documents folder. (i dont know i am way out of my league here)
I that you guys and gals are some of the best when it comes to flash any help will be greatly appreciated and the possibility of getting more paying work…
