I’m having a strange problem - perhaps someone here knows what the solution is.
Having uploaded a .swf that gets content dynamically from .txt files to the server all is fine. Users can browse the site no problem. However if after they have seen that site, I update the text files, they don’t get the new content - they get the old text until the next day!
I thought that this might be a caching problem but flushing this doesn’t seem to work. This was reported to me by several clients, and now I’m getting the same problem. My development machine always gets the new content right away; my laptop only displays the previous text version.
HELP! It’s driving me crazy - and also clients are worried that their target user market won’t get the new content until the next day.
Any pointers appreciated as ever
