On a site I’m working on, users are allowed to create their own guestlist with name, email address, and a few more properties.
Is there any way to let the user know if an email they attempted to send was unable to send, or received one of those infamous “mailer daemon email address not found”? They don’t have to be notified immediately (in fact, I believe the receiving email server won’t send it until several minutes later)
They will likely be sending the emails in bulk, perhaps 20 or 30 at a time, so it’s important to know not only that a sending error occurred, but also which ones did not receive emails.
