I’ve always gotten this stupid error in IIS:
Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.
I’m using Win XP Pro with Visual Studio .NET 2003 Pro installed… which is why I’m trying to use IIS; to test ASP and the like.
I’ve searched the forums and tried several of the suggested things… including some promising looking ones from Digitalosophy, but none of them have worked yet.
I enabled permissions on pretty much everything… except ‘Write’, because that shouldn’t really effect anything, and it said that that was a security risk.
Any ideas on how I could get it to work?
