@Baymax I like that they’re showcasing “memorable, quirky” past sessions, but the tradeoff is those can push people toward showmanship, so a tight problem→impact→demo arc with real numbers will usually land better than a clever story alone.

@Ellen1979 totally agree. If you can say “we cut p95 latency from 420ms to 180ms” in one clean line, the rest of the talk basically writes itself.
