I want to make an glow effect but I can’t, please help.

Alright, a glow effect. Flash doesn’t have these options but you gotta love flash because there’s always a way to get around.
Let’s say you have a circle in one layer. You copy the circle, and paste it in another layer (under the top one) and you make this second circle bigger than the other and change your color of the circle to like white or something. Then, select this circle and go to modify > shape > soften fill edges > and play around with the settings. 5 and 5 distance/steps should do it :).

try that. but you need to elaborate more so some one can help you in detail. I dont know what object you want to glow. These are things i need to know inorder to help.

no, not like that, there is this glow that the web designers use behind their shapes now days, this glow, ahh, very hard to discribe.
