i am looking for a good web-dev mag that is for advanced users.
I want it cover Hints/Tips/Tricks either PHP, Flash, CSS, HTML, or Javascript or a combination.
I would like it not to be platform biased.
Any recommendations?
Usually books are good for those sort of things.

Im not so sure about a web design magazine covering those concepts there Italy because it seems they would be better covered books as whole. Maybe try Computer Arts. I presume you live in the u.s so not so sure what magazines they have over there. I usually pick up Desktop, Australian Creative.
there are quite a few mags here in the uk all made by the same publisher, I’ve never bought one but I have seen them. Can’t remember the name of them though - sorry.
