Anyone else notice that they are terrible? They supposedly have to follow stricter rules of accessibility and usability, but most of the ones I’ve seen are really bad in both regards.
I was just trying to view one today, and it wouldn’t even let me see it, because I was hit with a big “INCOMPATIBLE BROWSER DETECTED” page. I got this in Chrome 10, Firefox 4, and IE9.

This doesn’t really apply to new fancy stuff like whitehouse.gov, but more to all of the different agencies and services.
