I’m desperate, but I am loosing my mind on tryin’ to do an gradient in Flash 5 with a transparent color. in Flash 4 it was easy as pie. Flash 5 maybe, too, the problem: I don’t know how.
Anyone can help me?

hi there,
to do a transparent gradient in flash5 open the color mixer palette by going into window>panel>mixer. Then open your fill palette. In the drop down menu click on the gradient you want… select the gradient marker by clicking on it. Then go to the mixer palette…you should see a marker below the color box. On the right hand side are are the RGB values with a slider for Alpha. Bring this slider all the way down to zero. And there you have it…a transparent gradient…hope this helped…let me know
