I just got neverwinter nights 2 for Christmas but we have a pretty value oriented computer with a default video card, so the game goes at snail speed. The suggested card for the game according to the box is the Radeon x1600.
The computer has 512 ram and is 2.8Gz.
Will upgrading the video card to the recommended or another that someone could suggest run the game, or would I also need something else? How do I know what cards are compatible with my computer?
Price range is less than $150
