My server(tripod.com) does not support php,mySQL nor any database operations. How then can I get a guestbook?
Could you give me links to sites where you have tried and successfully installed the guestbook?

Well if your server doesn’t support PHP or MySQL you won’t have much luck with a guestbook.
There is CGI, but since that is a dying language you will probably have trouble finding a good CGI guestbook.
You can search the web though.
