Halo 2 Master chief or the covenant?

Is it me or does anybody else get tired of playing as the covenant? It was cool at first but now i am really sick of it. Master chief is the bad *** hear and all i really want to do is play as him. Maybe next time the should have like a 2 disc set like devil may cry 2 too where you pick the disk or (char) you want to play as. I hope i am not hte only one who thinks this…
