Ah, if only this had come to fruition, the internet and page design would be a much more interesting place. I particularly like the idea of logical colour names, and the additional colour schemes proposed (ultraviolet colours for designing pages for bees :D).
The new HHTML (HappyWeb HyperText Markup Language) also looks interesting, especially the DIM tag for multi-dimensional images, and the SIDEWAYS tag for when the user rotates their monitor.
