So here’s my duzie. I got my external enclosure today, I take out my 120GB Seagate and plug it in and connect it to my laptop, laptop says it needs to be reformatted…nonsense. I plug it into several other computers which spit out the same thing. Now I plug it back into my original computer through IDE and it says that. I have two recovery tools avaliable on hand, what should I do? Should I format and then recover?
