Hi guys, I just got started with flash and have a problem here.
Situation -
I am creating a navigation menu with a few links in it, so I create buttons to act as the links (since I want mouse over effects)
How do I make it so when I click on one of the links, the text in the button turns to a different color and remains that color until I click on another link?
For example say you want to click here and the current text color is gray. When you click on it it will turn the text white and it will remain white until another link is clicked which will return the text to its original state.
I have searched for tutorials on this on many flash resource sites but couldn’t find anything related to this.
I tried experimenting with the Up, over, and Down states to create this effect but to no avail .
Any help appreciated
