I’m new to Flash, I’ve been doing some simple stuff and getting along fine. But now I need to get into some more action scripting and I’m having issues. I’ve created a txt box and I can get it to call an external .txt file, but I want to get it to call an html file and I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Properly.
Also, I’m trying to get a movie to call an external .html to a specific place on my movie. It’s a web gallery that I want to call up and display on my movie.
The site I’m working on is www.PunkRockPix.com and what I want to do is when you go to the pix page I want to have you be able to click each letter (which i can do), but when you click that letter I want the white box to populate w/ a HTML file that will list a number of band names. Then when you click the band name I want that box to then fill with the gallery. Similar to how www.TheWaitingGame.net has their galleries set up (under media).
If anyone can help me out that would be fanatastic!
