do you know any special programs that you could creat your own voices,and sound effects.Thats my main problem I can’t find good sound ,that exactly fit my flash game or movie.

I’m not too familiar with sound programs. For simple sound effects such as a voice, etc. I use Windows Sound Recorder. You can find it under Start | Programs | Accesseries | Entertainment.
Other programs include SoundEdit, Acid Pro, and more, but since I never used them, I don’t know how good they are!
