I’ve been doing a lot of testing but still not finding enough information to figure out the problem.
This is a client site that went live in 2006. It is a full-flash site that’s integreated with our CMS, and also integrated with Yahoo Maps flash component on the “Projects” main page. At the time of launch (and for a long time afterwards), it worked perfectly on Mac and PC and the browsers we were targeting at the time (I think IE6, Firefox 2, Safari)
Now the client reports that the “Projects” page is not working correctly, specifically that the red dots that show up to indicate completed projects to do show up, ever.

I have tested on Mac and PC, on Mac it seems to be hit or miss, on PC it seems to work right, but I don’t have a big enough results sample to see a pattern to diagnose. Any information would be great, and if you have experience with the Yahoo Maps component that would be good to hear too. I’m searching the Yahoo dev boards too.
