This is my first post. I am hoping you can point me in the right direction to help me solve my problem.
I am designing an online city guide and on this particular page I have an image of a map. I want the direction/location of the mouse to determine the angle of the tilt of my image.
This is a perfect example of what I’m trying to explain:

If you let the preloader load, you will see that on the main page, the pink background image subtly tilts depending on where the mouse is and how close it is to the image.
Forgive me for my ignorance but I haven’t a clue even what to search for for something like this!
