Please bear with me, am working on my first flash site.
I have made the intro for the site which, although a bit too large size wise, works fine. The time now has come to make the main site itself. The layout etc is built, will be the same as the intro so i will entend the lenght of some of the frames, for the background etc.
I need to have about half a dozen different pages of scrolling text as the main content of my site, the scrollign text is fine, ive worked the tutorial on how to make that and seems ok, however how do i get the site to display the different text?
Would i be right in thinking i make a layer for each of the six, inserting them into different scenes in the time frame, for example scenes 10-15 - one for each of the text layers. Would the process then be to make some hyperlinks that when clicked will take me to say scene 10, 11 etc depending on the button clicked? the background layers content will be extended over all the scenes, same with the buttons so they will always be there.
Sorry if this sounds confused, to be honest i am a tad, but am i along the right lines?
