Help on a guestbook

I reallly need help on a guestbook to make in flash. I tried the one with XML and PHP but it does not work. The downloaded the files in it and uploaded it on my website but it still did not work so basically i need to know ow to make one without any XML or anythin like that just flash and actionscripting. PLZ
