Help! trouble with geocites and flash

I made a flash movie for a class project and posted it to geocities. When I try to play it with firefox, it starts at the end, and you need to hit refresh to get it to start at the beginning. When you open it with IE, it starts at the end, and hitting refresh just starts it at the end again. I tried some editing of the html code, but I dont want to do too much for fear that I toally mess it up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
