Help with design

on this site here link (http://www.h2.com.tw/eng/index.htm) they have a metal looking design, i was wondering if anyone knew how to make the metal type effect.

I have been trying for a few days now and have since had no luck. I have attached am image of what i am trying to do just in case you have no idea what i am talking about.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Cool site. The effect you’re after is done pretty much with gradients and a slight emboss/inner glow. Here I’ve attached a PSD so you can get a better idea.
