Help with menu please

Hi

I would like help in designing/making a flash menu. I just dont know where to start. i would like one at the bottom of my site right to my flash text. See www.darren-singleton.tk.

Also can anyone help me with the coding i will need to put in for links to open pages in my i-frame.

You should be more specific: what kind of menu do you want?
Also, bottom right is not the best choice at all for a menu…!
