Help with xml slideshow!

hey guys, I know these have been discussed to death -

but im trying to get this xml slideshow to crossfade, AND be able to be controlled by my buttons (stop, play, skip ahead, go back)

ive found one or the other on these forums, but never an example that had all of these elements combined.

attached is my fla, anyone know how I could make my file crossfade instead of fade up from white?
