Been out of the loop awhile. Finishing up my visual communications degree and getting a sight up. My focus has been more torwards print and layout than web so I’m still sort of new to Flash… (Though I’ve come a long way.) Which brings me to my question…
Let me lay this out for you…
My website (Link provided below) is basically one main page with each button opening a fresh window with another .swf file in it. The problem is, I have graphics in the fresh windows so it takes a few seconds to load (cable modem). Once I click the button on the main page the window opens and the .swf file immediately starts, but it doesn’t load the image… BUT… I have a preloader in each new window so it should load entirely before the .swf begins…
shouldn’t it?
Only the first button under the “design” and “Digital Illustration” heading are operational at this time.
