Not sure where to ask this so please move if this is the wrong place, but im looking for some kinda tutorial/video tutorial that gives me basic steps on how to a 2d birds eye view map with a second 2D image on top of it moving around

But also allowing flash to load and save to my website’s database and parse infomation via PHP ? The graphical side of it i can draw that stuff but im looking for a tutorial on how to code in flash to make the animation.
Every time i search for interactive map tutorials in flash - i get “google map” type examples which is not what im looking for.
