Hi All, I hope you can help me

Hi there all,

I’m new to this forum, so I just wanted to yell a shout out. And hopefully there’ll be someone to help me with this problem I have.

I am importing a building graphic into a flash movie, I have exported the graphic from Photoshop with a transparent area where the clouds should be. But I can’t get the edging (where the transparency meets the building roof) to be clean!!! It’s all jagged. I’m working with a digital image so it’s pretty decent quality.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Jackson :alien:

umm, have you tried using png format?

that allows faded edges where trans meets solid

yeah a .png will fix this problem cause its the only transparency flash knows, and its flash’s format, so there are two good reasons to use .png =)

You learn something new everyday :beam:

Thanks so much guys, you rock! I’m usually pretty good at figuring this stuff out but that one just hung me up for some reason.

Anyways, Thanks again. I really appreciate it!
