guys - im lost on this bloody program. trying to do a site for my friend, and am not really familiar with flash. but thought it would make more sense than this.
what is everyone else doing that i am not? two main problems i’d love to have your ideas on. probably all very simple for you but its got me stumped.

it takes incredibly long to load the website, considering there isnt a lot on the site. cant make my images much smaller than this. ???

the text i place, despite following all the rules i can find and buying a font-for-flash, is blurred as hell. not much crisp about my text. ???
