Hello there, I am creating a basic platform game in flash. I have used Nathans example and modified it. I am quite pleased with it. I am having trouble with a few things. I have a MC at the end of the level of a flag. This signifies the end of the game. I would like the character to get to the flag and it to be the end of the game. I am guessing that this will involve a HitTest between the character MC and the flag MC. However I don’t know the actionscript for this. When the HitTest occurs, I would like the player to see a screen with a simple message.
Please could you help me on this.
