Holy crap!

Media Temple’s support line rocks yer mamma’s socks off.

I just called them a minute ago to get help with a few things. I waited on the phone for a few minutes(no big deal) and when i got the guy on the phone i didn’t have to deal with the hassle of telling them EVERY LITTLE bit of information they have just to verify it was me, then he asked what my problem was. He had my issue solved before i finished explaining what the problem was. Then i decided to ask a question. Guy answered it without so much as a “uhhhh, hold on just a second…what did you say your name was?”

Yet again, MT puts service AND quality in the bag…
