Hot Spots on flash videos

How is it done?
Take a look at this site
on the Three Stooges video, clicking on any characther, opens a flash SWF with information.
I found it very useful on my projects and would like to learn how to do it.
does anybody know it or any tutorials?

I’m guessing that this is some pretty simple stuff. Just transparent buttons or MCs placed above the layer containing the flv. These are created with ‘hit’ states resembling the area of the hotspot.

The pros out there correct me if I’m wrong

So basicaly I import the video to flash, make the buttons and export again as SWF? I couldn´t use it as a FLV right? I supose FLV does not support links…
