Hover caption doesn't work....?

i followed the tutorial here: http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/hover_captions.htm, and i got it working for that fla/swf file. but however when i tried to use loadMovie to do a multipage website and load the swf in another fla file, the captions dont work. why is that?
