I saw this small animation on a web template and would like to know how can we achieve such kind of alpha effect. It looks a little different from the normal alpha effect. Have a look at :

In the website check the paper and clip on the right hand side and when it will load, it will load with a alpha effect, I want to know about that effect. If someone can tell us about it.
