okay so i get into bad sleeping habits during the summer…
i go to bed at 1AM and drink a glass of milk right before. nighttime is when my head is the clearest, the best ideas and solutions for me come when im in bed this late at night.
so im thinking on and on, i look at my clock at its 3-4AM and then eventually I fall asleep (who knows when that actually happens though).
whats wrong with me? i hear this is some sort of condition. when school was going on, I used to come home tired as heck from being out for extracurriculars for so long and so it took me literally 5 minutes to fall asleep.
help! lol
