Just wondering how I could go about creating a similar effect to the arrow under the menu used on this site: http://www.akqa.com/.
I was thinking of using the hit states on each button to move the arrow, but that would just move the arrow at a uniform speed regardless of starting position. Where as on their site it will move at a varying speed dependant on starting location.
Any ideas or even better tutorials?
