This looks like a great community and one i would really enjoy being a part of.
At the moment most of my stuff has been made using XHTML, PHP and whatnot but have now started to use Flash MX a lot more.
i have come across a certain problem in controlling movies.
What i have done, is created a small 5 frame movie and imported it into a new site im working on but when i play my movie the imported movie just stays still!
I have tried lots of stuff but havent been able to get it to move so instead i was trying to find a way for me to control the imported movie witha button so i could say click here and it will play the 5 frames whilst staying on the current frame in the main timeline.
Any ideas?
