How do i make a scrolly text field scroll with buttons?

how to i make, two buttons one named up and the other named down, scroll a text field (dynamic or static dont mind) ?

but how do i get it so it scrolls all the time untill i unclick the mouse butten and then it stops ?

oh and is there a way where i can insert the text straight into the box other than going to the actions panel and typing it in ?

Using that one, I don’t know… but here’s one by Claudio, it’s a little more advanced than that one but it works great.
