How do you create a button which switches off the music when clicked?

I practised one of the tutorials as you can view from http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/sound.htm. Anyway, I figured how to create a button for TURNING ON the music. BUT how do I create a second button which shuts it off? Whats the script for it???
