How do you do a transparent len's flare in flash

I’m trying to accomplish a lens flare in flash and I need it to transparent so it can be realistic beneath the layers it sits. Anyone have tips?

How do you make a lens flare in Photoshop with no background? Manually create semi-transparent circles?

nah it’s 24-bit but it’s transparent alright
