Does anyone here use a Logitech MX or VX Revolution mouse? It’s the kind with the frictionless wheel. When I flick the wheel down to scroll a large document, the wheel will rebound slightly upwards after it stops momentarily. Kind of like Newton’s third law. This is getting annoying. I want the document to stop scrolling where I expect it to stop, not two lines above that expected spot.
